Krobo Girls Presbyterian Senior High School in Krobo-Odumase in the Eatsern Region has received their share of the Breast Care International (BCI) and Peace and Love

Hospital’s (PLHs) Breast Health Education and Awareness Program (BEAP) for Schools in Ghana. BCI and PLHs have started BEAP to educate students and teachers on breast health, particularly breast cancer.

 On Saturday 24th March, 2017, BCI collaborated with the Old Students Association of the school to educate and conduct clinical breast examination for students during the school’s 90th Anniversary Celebration.
 The headmistress of the school, Ms. Cecilia Ohenewaa Appiah on behalf of the school expressed her gratitude to Dr. wiafe and her Team for their support. She added “this is the first of its kind” in the school. The medical team clinically screened over 1,000 students.
