Prof. Edward Debrah Wiafe is currently the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Environment and
Sustainable Development Somanya, Ghana. He obtained his Ph.D. Student in Wildlife Management from
University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast, Ghana. He has 10 publications in journals and, 4 conference
proceedings and 1 technical report as author/co-author. He also attended many workshops and training
classes. He is active member of International Primatological Society, Ghana Institute Foresters, and
Society for Conservation Biology. His area of interest focuses on Primates Conservation, Conservation
Biology and Ecotourism, Human- Wildlife Conflict Management, Natural Resource Management, and
Forest and Wildlife Ecology.
